Shipping

QRS wants you to receive your wiping cloths, towels, rags, paper products & gym wipes as quickly and conveniently as possible. 
Whether you are ordering a case or a full pallet, QRS has a large inventory to fulfill most orders. 
Most online orders are packed & shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping rates calculated at checkout. Large orders are shipped via LTL carrier.
We can also ship your order using your company's shipping account. For phone orders, call 585-786-7401, and we'll take care of this for you.
Orders placed by noon EST usually ship the same day. Your order should arrive within 1-5 business days if shipped within contiguous North America. If there are any changes, you will be notified immediately by phone or email.

Bulk Orders

If you are ordering pallet loads or more, please call 585-786-7401 to speak with a customer service representative for the most economical and efficient shipping method, or you can ask about our bulk order discount.

Return

QRS stands behind our product and wants you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased. 

QRS accepts new and unused online purchases within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Each return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received by QRS without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Returned products must be in or with original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept a return with any indication that it has been used or handled in such a manner that prevents QRS from reselling the product.

Returns on laundered items will not be accepted. 

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. QRS will not accept C.O.D deliveries. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure that the package is delivered to our warehouse. Returns should be sent to the following address:

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. QRS reserves the right to inspect and return the product to the customer if they are not acceptable.

Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to the customer with a letter stating our reason for your denied claim. Once your return is received and reviewed, you can expect a refund within 30 days.

Refunds within the 30 days will be credited back in the original form of payment. Note: Shipping and/or other applicable charges will not be refunded. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Orders may be declined or canceled due to limited or out of stock quantities. You will be notified by a Customer Service Representative if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute QRS acceptance of an order. QRS reserves the right to review your order and after that time it may be accepted or declined.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical issues, QRS reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product listed, regardless of whether you have received confirmation of receipt of that order.
